Long before the beans are roasted, they begin their journey on mountainsides, in rich volcanic soil, and among generations of farmers who have dedicated their lives to the craft. Every origin carries its own character, shaped by the land, the climate, and the people who cultivate it.

We created Origins Coffee to honor that journey.

Rather than chasing trends, we focus on sourcing exceptional coffees that highlight the unique flavors of where they come from. From the bright citrus notes of Costa Rica to the bold richness of Sumatra and the balanced sweetness of Colombia, every roast is chosen to let its origin speak for itself.

For us, coffee is more than a morning routine. It’s an invitation to slow down, gather with friends, start new ideas, and appreciate the simple moments that often become the most meaningful.

Every bag we roast is a reminder that great coffee doesn’t begin in a café — it begins at its origin.

Welcome to Origins Coffee. Discover where great coffee begins.

Why the Vegvisir

The Wayfinder

The Vegvisir is a Norse symbol carried by sailors to find their way through fog, storm, and dark sea. It's a compass for those who can't afford to lose the path.

It seemed fitting. Our beans travel thousands of miles before they reach you, and we don't roast them ourselves — we partner with a trusted roaster who shares our standard. Traceable, single-origin sourcing, dialed-in roast profiles, and beans we'd be proud to pour for our own families. We bring the discipline behind the counter; they bring it to the roast.

What We Stand For

  • Trusted sourcing. Our beans come from a roasting partner we vetted hard — real farms, fair prices, traceable supply.
  • Pour with intent. Every drink is dialed in — pulled, steamed, and built to spec, every time.
  • Hire veterans. First in line for jobs, training, and a chance to build something post-service.
  • Give back. A portion of every cup supports veteran mental health and reintegration programs.
  • Quality over volume. We'd rather serve fewer drinks done right than chase a bigger number.
